A Strategy-Driven Design Agency
We develop bold brands that elevate our clients’ unique differentiators to position them for new heights in the marketplace.
Your brand is the clear distillation of what makes your firm utterly inimitable. A dynamic expression of your unique value proposition. The right brand is everything: It drives your firm’s growth by attracting your ideal clients and top talent.
Just because a brand looks stunning doesn’t mean it has the capacity to steer a firm in the right direction. The last thing you need is a slick brand identity that’s all beauty and no brains.
At Decker Design, we believe that all the best brands are built on a strong strategic foundation. That’s why we begin each project with a research-driven strategy phase and make sure every design decision flows from that source.
We leverage decades of experience in the highly regulated legal and financial sectors to uncover your firm’s unique fingerprints—the nuances that meaningfully differentiate you from your competition. And we build your fully integrated visual and verbal brand system on those authentic differences. Beauty included.
Areas of Expertise
- Financial Services
Whether your law firm is a nationally recognized household name or a scrappy newcomer, your brand is the bridge that connects your business to the clients (and talent) you most want to land.
So why is it that so many law firms settle for the same old aesthetic conventions in their branding? If you fall back on the usual visual shorthand, you’ll only sell your firm short—and obscure the key qualities that set you apart.
If you want to stand out from the crowd, your brand identity must flow from a well-defined strategy that connects to your future-state goals. And you can’t do that without first revealing your law firm’s essence — your difference-making “it” factor—and elevating it both visually and verbally.
Ready to get started? We’d love to talk about how Decker Design can shape your law firm’s brand into an iconic visual and verbal experience.
We don’t have to tell you how competitive the financial services sector is. And you already know that in this industry, brand rules all. Because of this, you’ve likely devoted significant resources to defining and developing your brand over the years.
As a result, you may think your firm is already well differentiated. But the market is converging, and it’s happening at lightning speed. So that shiny new coat of paint you put on your house three years ago? It’s already looking a little worse for wear.
Whether a timely refresh or a full rebrand is in order, one thing is certain: In the financial services market, you can’t rest on your laurels. You must find a way to showcase the qualities that put your firm in a league all its own. Decker Design’s research-driven design process enables you to do just that.
Want to amplify your firm’s unique differentiator in the form of smart, compelling design? Let’s talk.

While professional service firms use social media lightly, one of our clients, an award-winning documentary, Rocco Up, needed to build a following as it moved into the fall film festival season. Within three months, Scottie increased engagement by 600% and increasing donations to defray the post production costs of the film.
